1. About the Service

Business Image Generator is an online service offering several AI-assisted photo and image generation tools through the website: a business marketing poster generator, a passport/visa photo generator, a photo compositing tool, and a professional profile photo generator.

The service may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Payments

Certain generation actions require a payment of ₹30 per action.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not directly store your complete credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or other payment credentials.

Payment must be successfully completed before the corresponding paid action can be performed.

3. No Account Required

The service may be used without creating a user account or password.

A payment may therefore be associated with a particular transaction or temporary session rather than with a registered user account.

4. Image Generation

Generated images are produced based on the information, instructions, or photos submitted by the user.

We do not guarantee that every generated image will meet the user's exact expectations. Results may vary depending on the input and the technology used to generate the image.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated images before using or publishing them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate illegal or unlawful content.
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading materials.
• Impersonate individuals or organizations for unlawful purposes.
• Generate content intended to facilitate illegal activities.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Circumvent payment mechanisms or obtain paid functionality without payment.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used unlawfully.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the text, prompts, images, photos, or other information that you submit to the service and for your use of the generated output.

You should ensure that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform on which you publish them. For passport/visa photo output specifically, you are responsible for confirming the result meets the requirements of the issuing authority before submission.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, software, design, branding, code, and other materials belonging to Business Image Generator remain the property of their respective owners.

Rights in generated images may depend on the underlying image-generation technology and its applicable terms. Users should review any applicable third-party terms before using generated content commercially.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service failures, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Refunds

If you successfully pay for an action but the paid action fails to execute or the service fails to provide the purchased functionality, you may request a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of the service.

Our liability relating to a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid for that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable courts and legal jurisdiction in India.
